I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. I coach you to implement gradual changes over time and collectively these choices create a much larger impact than imaginable. You know what to do. I provide the structure, tools, and inspiration to go live it. You are fully capable of making well-informed decisions as your own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book. You create the plan. You do the work. This breeds confidence, self worth and esteem.

Accountable.

I am your biggest supporter and your toughest love. I remind you of your WHY when you want to give up and push you harder when you feel your strongest. We co-create a health plan and timeline so you know exactly what you’re working toward. I hold you accountable to your plan, core values and dreams.

Holistic.

A holistic approach to health and wellness means ALL areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? We will explore your WHOLE health and choose wisely.

My Concepts

  • This concept is first for a reason! I LOVE TO MOVE!! We are either growing or we are dying. Sounds harsh but it’s true and MOVEMENT of any kind is growth. In this program, you will move: walk, run, sprint, hills, HIIT, hikes, bikes, swims, ski, skin, stretch, SUP, paddle, climb, swing, play, lift, and live. This program brings you back to life. Out with the old, in with the new.

  • Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony. You will learn most cravings have nothing to do with food. Emotions + hormones ++++ many others play a roll.

  • The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

  • It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

  • The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet!

  • Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet by focusing on foods you love and evoke joy. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. During the pandemic I worked exclusively with individuals on health and movement. With my knowledge, we co-create personalized health plans based on your goals. Every day we take action to move you toward your ideal vision of all aspects of life.

BIO.

I graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, MO with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications. I began my career in Austin, TX as an Event Planner for Armstrong McCall. I got promoted to Manager of Special Events for Sally Beauty Company, moved to Cleveland OH where I planned 20 large trade shows annually in every major city in North America. I traveled 200 days of the year. Airports, hotels, convention centers and restaurants were hard on the body and very stressful mentally. My yoga practice began at Cleveland Yoga in 2004 and changed my life. In 2007 I moved back to Arkansas, started teaching yoga and opened 5 yoga studios over the course of 5 years. In 2012, I started Power Yoga Retreats which produced health focused events in Fayetteville, AR, Mt. Magazine, AR, Buffalo River, Mexico, and Costa Rica. When the pandemic hit, yoga classes and events came to a halt so I started working with clients individually. This was eye opening. EVERYONE needed more than yoga, strength training or cardio. They were asking for it ALL which led to me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
